Risorse su Systems Biology
Già da qualche tempo, ormai, anche grazie al sapiente consiglio del mio amico Domenico, mi sono accostato al magnifico mondo della Systems Biology. Non ho mai pensato a questi studi come ad un cambiamento di rotta, bensì, come ad un modo molto più "smart" di approcciarsi al problema dell'indagine e l'interpretazione di dinamiche complesse come quelle che danno luogo alle patologie per cui non esistono ancora piani di trattamento definitivi.
Sto leggendo da qualche settimana il libro di Palsson "Systems Biology: Properties of Reconstructed Networks" e devo dire che mi sta piacendo molto (se non fosse per le tonnellate di nozioni di biochimica che ogni volta devo andare a rivedere!).
Tuttavia, proprio oggi, alla ricerca di nuovo materiale sulle reaction chains ho trovato alcuni link che sto trovando molto utili e che spero possano essere utili anche ai miei lettori!

Molti hanno un'impronta estremamente ingegneristica (mi scuso sin da ora con coloro che troveranno questi articoli troppo tecnici) e devo dire che ho l'impressione che questa è la prima volta che sento di poter dare un contributo unico alla ricerca in questo campo.
Spero di poter approfondire questo concetto tra qualche settimana, quando avrò finito di leggere il libro!
